Customer Request Details

My house backs on to the Bishops Stortford high school, and Thorley Hill primary school. There is a strip of land between the schools with a path lined by trees, used by the schools but in the past both have denied being responsible for the trees, (as has the highways agency) although the last plans to build houses there showed a road along that area so someone must own it. The trees are very overgrown over our garden, and I want to find who owns the trees so we can get them cut back are you able to tell me who is responsible for that land please?
