4Ttoal number of Travellers Camps/Pitches

5 Current number of illegal Travellers camps/pitches

6 Budgeted Income (Rent Rates etc) v actual income from Travellers Pitches

7 Number of Planning violations by Travellers last 3 to 5 years

8 Number of prosecutions v Question 7

9 Number of Appeals v Question 8

10 Number of judgements from the Planning inspectorate finding in favour of the Travellers in the last 5 year re Question 9

11 Number of Planning violations by the rest of the population ( excluding Travellers) last 3 to 5 years

12 Number of Planning Appeals v Question 11

13 Number of judgements from the Planning inspectorate finding in favour of the Applicant in the last 5 year re Question 12

14 Approximate Annual Legal cost incurred in Travellers cases with regards to Questions 8,9,10,11,12,,13 etc

Q11 - 62 (Number of planning enforcement formal actions in the period 2013 - 2018)
