The Residential Landlords Association"s Private renting Evidence, Analysis & Research Lab (RLA PEARL) is conducting research on the Mandatory Licensing fees for Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMOs) in your Local Authority.

Please can you provide information about the Mandatory HMO Licensing fees in your Local Authority. Please note that this survey closes on 30 November 2018 at 16:00 BST.

I am writing to acknowledge your written request for information.
