Hertfordshire building control have asked us to inform you of the following:

The portal is now live on our website which is www.hertfordshirebc.co.uk . The direct link to the portal is online.hertfordshirebc.co.uk, where you will need to register so you gain access to our system. There is more information available on our website under the ‘FAQS’ section – then go to ‘Personal Searches, EIR requests and Copy Documents – Guidance’ section which will show you step by step instructions on how to access the portal.

Eastherts are no longer forwarding requests to HBC if you still wish to make an appointment to view please contact HBC direct
