I am writing to acknowledge your written request for information.

Thank you for your request for information, this has now been processed and the information that we hold is enclosed.

Please find below the details of the judicial reviews of planning permission from 2016-2018 for East Herts Council.

 

2016


• CO/4642/2016 (Barnacres). Leave for JR was given and the council settled via consent order dated 7th April 2017 to quash the decision. Costs awarded £14,600. The PP was 3/16/1341/FUL

2017

 

• CO/3768/2016 and CO/3820/2016 (Woodside) – EH JR against SOS. EH lost substantive hearing and was ordered to pay the SoS’s costs of £5,412.


2018


• CO/3466/2018  - R -v- EHDC and others. Leave for JR was given and the council settled via consent order dated 20th December 2018 to quash the decision. The PP was 3/18/0432.
Costs awarded £17,950 plus £286.61.
