After consideration of your request I am writing to you to advise that the Council are not obliged to supply the information you have requested.
The Council has decided that the cost to locate, retrieve and extract the information you requested exceeds the appropriate limit as laid down in the Freedom of Information and Data Protection (Appropriate Limit and Fees) Regulations 2004.
In accordance with Section 17 of the Freedom Of Information Act 2000 this document acts as a Refusal Notice.
It is not possible using our current systems to isolate applications in relation to the flood plain areas
It would require a manual search of our mapping system for all the flood zone 3 areas for any planning permissions and then checking what permissions these would be for.
This would be in excess of the limits imposed.
