1) Full address and postcode of property

2) Date the property has been empty from on or after 01/01/2019
  
3) Property Description: are premises Single or Mixed Use

   a) If property is Mixed Use: please provide the different Categories eg storage or office etc

4) Business Class/Category: please provide relevant class / category, eg A1, A2 etc

5) Rateable square footage:

   a) If Single Use, please provide rateable square footage
   b) If Mixed Use, please provide individual square footage if applicable

6) Current rateable value

   a) If Single Use, please provide current rateable value
   b) If Mixed Use, please provide individual current rateable values

7) Freeholder Company Contact Details: the Company name and full Address

Thank you for your request for information, this has now been processed and the information that we hold is enclosed.

We will not be able to provide all of the information as we do not hold all the information that is being requested. Some of this information, especially regarding specific property details and valuation will need to be obtained from the Valuation Office. This is publicly available per property in most cases on their website which I have provided under the relevant questions below.

All empty properties are listed on our master spreadsheet on our website and states the date the property became empty. The information is accurate as of 06.01.2021

The property description on our system is the same as the property description provided by the Valuation Office and is available on the spreadsheet on our website. 

   a) If property is Mixed Use: please provide the different Categories eg storage or office etc

The Valuation Office description is based on the main use of the property, where it has multiple uses the description will include "and premises". I.E Shop and premises.

To view the full valuation and breakdown of the property this is provided on the valuation office website and not held on our systems. The address and property reference numbers are available from the spreadsheet on our website and can be used to locate individual properties on the Valuation Office Website below.

The current rateable value is available on the spreadsheet on our website. A breakdown of the calculation can be obtained from the Valuation Office using the website above.

7) Freeholder Company Contact Details: the Company name and full Address

Where the current liable party is a not a sole trader then the company name and correspondence address is is available from our spreadsheet on our website. 

We will not provide contact details for individuals including email addresses or telephone numbers for specific individuals within an organisation.
