2. Since March 2020, what is the total number of individuals supported by the Everyone In scheme who have been:

a) placed in emergency accommodation

b) placed in temporary accommodation

c) placed in settled or supported accommodation

d) recorded as no longer being supported/have not been housed

 

3. How many of those in answer 2C have been placed in:

i)                    privately-rented accommodation

ii)                   council or housing association homes

iii)                 supported housing

 

4. By month (from April 2020 to January 2021 inclusive, or to the latest month for which data is available) how many households have been recorded as homeless (‘owed the relief duty’)?

 

5. Since April 2020, what is the total number of households recorded as ‘owed the relief duty’ who have been:

i)                    placed in emergency accommodation

ii)                   placed in temporary accommodation

iii)                 placed in settled or supported accommodation

iv)                 accepted under a main duty decision

v)                   recorded as no longer being supported/have not been housed

vi)                 also accommodated under the Everyone In scheme

 

6. How many of those in answer 5 were recorded as having slept rough at the time of application?

5. Since April 2020, what is the total number of households recorded as ‘owed the relief duty’ who have been:

i)                    placed in emergency accommodation 72 households were placed in accommodation under the interim duty to accommodate (S.188 Housing Act 1996)

ii)                   placed in temporary accommodation

iii)                 placed in settled or supported accommodation 111 households had the relief duty ended as a result of the settled accommodation being secured (this included 22 households who were initially provided with interim accommodation)

iv)                 accepted under a main duty decision 62

v)                   recorded as no longer being supported/have not been housed

The following will not have been owed any further duty i.e. no accommodation duty.  Some may have been subsequently allocated to settled accommodation through the housing register and others may have continued to be supported to find accommodation in the private rented sector.

7 households lost contact before the relief duty ended – some or all of these households may have disengaged because they were no longer homeless.

11 households withdrew their application bringing the relief duty to an end – some or all of these households may have withdrawn their application because they were no longer homeless

38 households were found homeless but not in priority need at the main duty assessment stage - the council may still have supported these households to secure settled accommodation either through providing a loan to assist with a deposit for private rented housing or an allocation from the housing register

5 households were found to be intentionally homeless and in priority need at the main duty assessment stage – some or all of these households may have gone on to be supported by social services

1 household withdrew their application at the main duty assessment stage

vi)                 also accommodated under the Everyone In scheme
