Please accept this email as a “ freedom of information” request for a copy of the minute or relevant documents, relating to a decision by EHDC to cease maintaining hedges that they have maintained for the last 20 years at numerous locations in Bishop’s Stortford.

The first paragraph of the email from Councillor Alastair Ward-Booth below gives details of this important “variation order” dated May 2019 which was apparently effective 29th Sept 2019.
