Thank you for your request for information, this has now been processed and the information that we hold is enclosed.

There was no requirement to log each individual vote as no recorded votes were held,  recorded votes sheets were on standby at the suggestion of the monitoring officer – but these were not required. For there to be a recorded vote – 5 or more Members would have to collectively request this, this did not occur.

Voting was seen by the chair and other officers who agreed on a clear majority
