Under the Freedom of Information act please can you advise whether you have cleaned the consumer data you hold within the last six months. By cleaned I mean identified and deleted individuals that have passed away and identified people that have moved house and updated their details.

We rely on information updates from residents in order to keep our data up to date. Whenever we recieve information we update databases to that effect. This an ongoing process rather than a regular scheduled update.
