Private Alleyways/Service Roads - FPNs / Enforcement

 

 

 

Could the Council confirm how many occasions Fixed Penalty Notices, or another form of enforcement, that the Council has completed in regards to fly-tipping/clearance required in residential “private” alleyways/service roads over the past five years, preferably listing in a year-by-year format.

Our records indicate that there have been no FPN"s issued, or other formal enforcement action, in regards to fly-tipping/clearance in residential “private” alleyways/service roads over the past 5 years.
