Please send me:

  • Information request 1 -  Please provide the weekly rent levels paid out by Housing benefit for all supported accommodation in the Council and identifying in each case whether short term emergency/transitional exempt, short term emergency/transitional specified, long term exempt and long term specified.
  • Information request 2 – Please inform if the Council restricts payments beyond an upper threshold level and if it does what is that level?

In answer to question 2 -  We do not have upper limit level as we look at each case and decide on need/provision in relation to core rent and breakdown of services/costs
