I would appreciate if you could consider the following request under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000:

 

How many planning applications have been approved on land since January 2011 which belongs to a site of containing archeological remains of any type? 

 

Could a description of the planning application (which includes the location), and the type of archeological remains on the land, please be provided in each circumstance?

We do not have the particular types as this would be handed over to the county concil for investigation
